I went there a few years ago mainly for functional reasons rather than cosmetic surgery. The doctor is a board-certified plastic surgeon, and he gave me better and friendlier advice than I expected. However, I gave up because the surgical fee was unbelievably expensive. Someone else who was suffering from similar functional problems had septal perforation surgery there, but... I think septal perforation surgery should probably be performed by a specialist. Nasal congestion is difficult because it can be ambiguous when it isn’t caused by the septum or rhinitis. That person had tried all kinds of nasal procedures too, but it’s really difficult. It’s hard to identify the cause of nasal congestion.
