I had nose surgery and I was very satisfied. I don't like things that look obvious, so I asked them to make it as natural as possible, and in reality everyone thinks it was always a pretty nose. Though I did wonder if I should have made it a little higher. If you want a flashy nose, I really don't recommend this place. The doctor seems to pursue naturalness and only enough correction to improve flaws? He seems to prioritize safety too much, so dramatic results probably won't happen. I also wanted nostril reduction, but he said it wasn't necessary and told me to see the result after surgery first and only do it later if I still wanted it, but it was good that I didn't. The manager even held silicone up to my nose during the consultation and analyzed everything one by one while looking at photos, which made me trust them and book right away that day. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't go all the way to Gangnam and instead did it near my parents' home.
