They pursue naturalness. I liked the nose line in the reviews so much that I only consulted here and booked. However, during the consultation there was no talk about doing it without implants, but on the day of surgery they asked whether I wanted to do it without an implant or with one ... I was flustered and said it was fine to put in an implant as long as they made it pretty ... In the end, while the swelling was there, no one could tell I had surgery because it looked so natural, and once the swelling went down I felt disappointed. They shaved down the slight hump and only raised the tip of the nose, so the side cheekbone area looked flat and the space between my brows looked wider ㅠ Over time, round ear cartilage became visible at the tip of my nose. I just ignored it and lived with it, but gradually the cartilage stopped showing, while the columella drooped and my nostrils became more exposed ㅠ I'm now touring clinics in Seoul ㅠ I once saw a YouTube video saying that if it looks natural right after surgery, it's a failure, and I think there may be some truth to that
