They really, really prioritize safety, so they said they can only put in up to 3 mm of silicone, which was the cheapest price among the places I checked. But the doctor was too blunt and I didn't really trust him.. So I don't think I'll do it at this clinic. When you go in, they take a CT and show you the septal cartilage, which was nice.
