After lower eyelid fat repositioning, I ended up with hollowness under my eyes. One side got a very severe diagonal band, so when I went back, they told me to get fat grafting. It didn't happen on both sides the same way, only one side is bad, so it's really stressful. There are so many posts about fat grafting side effects that I still haven't been able to do it.
