I only had a consultation. The manager spoke really comfortably and kindly, even sharing their own experience. The director looked very tired, and when I asked questions, they answered in a slightly reproachful way, along the lines of how people often come after looking up inaccurate information online and then self-diagnosing, so I felt a bit embarrassed.
