I had nose surgery, and while doing the nose surgery I also had paranasal augmentation at the same time. I wasn't satisfied with the paranasal augmentation, but I was satisfied with the nose surgery and have continued to be satisfied until now. However, as time goes by, it feels like it's sagging, so I do want to have it fixed, but I'm planning to get a revision surgery after a little more time passes.
