I had the surgery about 5 years ago. They used a rib graft for the operation, At the time the shape was pretty, but later it seemed to bend a little, so I had it removed and revised. I wonder if it was really necessary to take out the rib graft. Of course, that excludes cases where it’s truly needed. If I could go back, I wouldn’t make that choice. The shape was pretty.
