I had high expectations and had the surgery. I liked the shape. But there was a protrusion on the inner side of the bone on one side of my nose. They said it was fine to leave it like that, so I just lived with it, and then my nose kept leaning toward that side.. My nose kept getting blocked so I went to have it removed, but the funny thing was they said it absolutely couldn't be removed.. They recommended redoing it with another silicone implant.. I went to another hospital and had it cleanly removed.... And then the director who was originally famous for surgery left. The name stayed the same, but the chief director changed.
