They seemed to be proud of doing surgery with dermis. You could see that they really wanted to explain things to the patient thoroughly and in enough detail. The consultation manager also seemed cheerful and kind. It felt like aftercare would be handled well too, so I did get a sense of anticipation about having surgery at this hospital.
