I spent close to a year debating between implants and no implant for my nose surgery, and in the end I decided on no implant (autologous dermis) and had the operation. It’s been exactly 2 years now, and overall the surgery satisfaction is somewhere in the middle. My nose is a little larger overall than before, but I’m a bit disappointed that the bridge was resorbed a lot. Also, when harvesting that dermis, they make a fairly large incision, and although it means I basically never have to expose my butt in daily life, I still feel a bit self-conscious when I look at the scar, so I’m not that happy,,,, TMI: I guess my butt had good elasticity. I popped a stitch once by accident and went to the emergency room to get it sewn again, then went to Bombit and tried to remove the stitches but something went wrong and they had to sew it up again, maybe 3 times? Repeating that gave me a bit of trauma about how big that incision isㅋㅋㅋㄲ큐쿸ㅜ..
