A few years ago I went in for a consultation for upper-lip augmentation and mouth-corner surgery. The doctor’s consultation was just average, but the coordinator? The consultation manager? What she said was really rude. I’ve seen many consultation managers at various clinics, but this was the first one this rude. She looked like some older woman with red lipstick caked on... After the doctor’s consultation ended, I asked the consultation manager how long the surgery would take, whether it would take an hour, and she answered in an incredulous way, like, huh? and even turned the question back on me. So I asked, does that mean two hours? Then she again said huh? in that same ridiculous tone and told me it would take three hours. It’s not even contouring surgery or anything, and I was stunned Other places said it would take one hour. The consultation manager’s manner of speaking and rude tone were unpleasant and made me not trust them, so I didn’t get it done at Golden View. I don’t know if that consultation manager still works there, but please train your staff. I’m not asking for kindness, just that they not be rude and unfriendly.
