I had full incision + front canthoplasty 10 years ago, and even though it was an incision, it looked more natural and healed faster than a friend who had buried sutures around the same time. The front canthoplasty left no scar at all, to the point that you couldn't even tell it had been done. But maybe because it looked too natural, even though it was an incision, it loosened and I had revision surgery. Recommended for people who want a natural look.
