I consider 3 points to be average. I do not remember the exact timing, but I had nose surgery with Dr. Hwang Young-jung several years ago. For kindness, I would give 4 points because he was kinder than average. But not 5. For professionalism, I definitely think it deserves 5 points. In the end, he handled everything on his own, and the surgery came out to a level I was satisfied with. The hospital facilities were average by the standards at the time, and the kindness level was also average. Even if you go in knowing nothing at all, I think it was at the level where you could trust them and get good results.
