I was really touched because the doctor spent an hour giving a detailed and kind consultation. I had so many questions, and he even stayed late past closing time to answer each one. The staff always answered brightly too, so I’m grateful. The one star I took away for surgical expectations is because it was disappointing that I couldn’t find many before-and-after photos of more complex surgeries on the website, beyond simple enlargement.
