There is no forcing of implants. The director is so safety-conscious that they do not do more even if you get greedy. It is famous for bread-like results, but is it really the 3-week miracle they talk about? My chest looks like my own lol. And it was convenient and nice not having to do B.O.B. I went with a friend and had it done together, but my friend's upper fullness is still quite severe.
