The director explains things well. They also explain side effects well, and they explain what they would do if side effects occur in a way that builds trust. After consulting, you feel trust and really want to do it.. What I liked is that they have an anesthesiology specialist on site, only do 2-3 surgeries a day, and use general anesthesia.
