It was my first surgery, and I was scared of silicone because of side effects, so I looked into autologous dermis and went there because I heard it was safer. The consultation staff was extremely kind, and the director wasn’t pushy at all. They explained why the shape I wanted wouldn’t work on my face, which made sense to me. But you should keep in mind that autologous dermis surgery itself doesn’t have a dramatic effect.
