This hospital is famous for dermis surgery, so at first I planned to have dermis surgery, but after hearing the doctor's honest opinion about dermis surgery (that because it looks natural, the expected effect may be limited), I did not go ahead with dermis surgery. The surgery was done so that it looked both noticeable and natural, but these days there are so many people with good surgical results that it is a little disappointing. The silicone does look a bit obvious, like a splint.
