I had surgery about 7 years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost I was very young, just into my 20s, and I had a strong fear and aversion toward silicone nose implants, so I thought, I have to do it with dermis no matter what! and had surgery here, which is famous for autologous dermis. With autologous dermis plus ear cartilage for the tip of the nose, it was first built up high and felt awkward, but gradually it was absorbed by the body and settled into place. It is really natural, but a lot of the dermis also gets absorbed (some remains), and since the round shape of my nose stayed the same anyway, I sometimes think I should have just put in silicone... I think whether to do dermis or not depends on your beliefs about surgery.
