The consultation was professional and the doctor explained things in an easy-to-understand way with drawings, and gave me the paper itself so I didn't need to take separate notes. Even unfamiliar materials and terms were immediately searched on the internet and explained one by one, which felt very kind. It seems they prefer to go safe without overly touching the internal structure of the nose.
