The consultation manager was just appropriately kind, neither pushy nor rude. The doctor explained things in great detail and seemed very kind. I had a consultation for about an hour without any waiting time. They seemed to try as hard as possible to listen to my opinion that I wanted no implant. The only disappointing part is that there was no simulation, so I can't predict the result.
