I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery, but because my nose was an extremely difficult case, the director gave me a very careful consultation. I really liked how he kept smiling throughout the consultation and gave detailed explanations. The consultation coordinator was also kind and empathized well. But in the end, I couldn't proceed with the surgery. Since I'd had so many surgeries and my condition was so bad, it seems like surgery at this hospital was difficult..
