I liked that they clearly told me what could be improved and what couldn’t. The director was very kind, but the part they said couldn’t be improved was something I absolutely felt needed to be improved, so I don’t think I’ll go through with the surgery. The consultant seemed to be saying exactly what the director had said? Overall, it was a decent consultation.
