First of all, I think the surgery consultation was way too short. It felt rushed. And they explained that my lips got thicker after the surgery, but I could never have imagined that the base of my nostrils would come down. At this point the aftercare is the worst part of the surgery. The money spent on aftercare is also huge. And when I told the manager my lips would not close, she sent me the pre-op photo and said they had never closed from the start (but in the photo I was just slightly open because I was relaxed, so that excuse was really unfair..) Their response is really not great. Still, the lips that would not close are slowly closing over time. I think they will all close after about a year. The nostril base dropping and making my nostrils show more happened after surgery at another hospital I am planning to lift it
