It's kind of like a tsundere doctor, and it gives the feeling of no excessive consultation + a clean surgical method + professional counseling. I'd been worrying about double eyelid surgery for a long time and went to consult at many places, and while flashy factory-style clinics have their advantages, I was also strongly drawn to a quiet, reservation-only place with little waiting and no hassle. Even when you're waiting, you almost never run into other patients...!! After getting my double eyelids done, I keep recommending this place to people around me like it's my second father, and about 3 acquaintances of mine have gone to the same 'father' and are all living happily with the results.
