I went there through a friend's recommendation. Until the consultation, honestly, even though it was a friend's referral, I felt like they were drawing the line way too carelessly. But they properly identified the strengths and weaknesses of my eyes, and honestly explained the pros and cons of the surgery, which was nice. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, the consultation with the doctor had much more weight than the manager consultation, so it felt trustworthy. (Usually, the consultation manager looks at my eyes to some extent and gives an estimate before I meet the doctor, but here it felt like 90% doctor estimate and the manager was almost only doing price consultation) Right before going into the operating room, they set the line again, and I could feel that they were definitely matching it to my eyes. Lower eyelid fat repositioning was almost not painful at all. Double-eyelid surgery also only felt like my eyes were being pulled open, with no real pain. Removing the stitches hurt the most. Even now, 3 years later, I'm still extremely satisfiedㅎㅎ
