I went for a consultation after making a reservation the day before. But the consultation itself took less than 10 minutes.. they looked at me way too casually. And they made the consultation a little confusing, which was frustrating. They said we should make the detailed line design after booking the surgery and reviewing the outline first, which was a bit questionable.
