I had surgery in 2016. I had epicanthoplasty and incision surgery with fat removal, and 8 years later it has become so natural that nobody can tell I had double eyelid surgery. When I tell them, everyone is surprised and says they had no idea, probably because it isn't a full out-line, but a small in-out line.. The doctor seems to prefer natural results, so the epicanthoplasty is so subtle it looks almost untouched, which makes me wish it had been opened a bit more
