I went around to dozens of clinics for revision surgery, and this was the only one that said it could be done with buried sutures, so I went ahead and lay on the operating table, ignoring the director's 3-minute consultation, the rudeness, the older manager who seemed like she was just out taking a stroll at the hospital, and the rude staff. The line wasn’t bad and was as I had described, but the clearly visible scar on my eye is still exactly the same. They said you have to wait six months after surgery to know for sure (it’s been 2 years now), so I waited that long, but the sunken scar caused by the incorrect surgery did not disappear, and the doctors and staff all acted like they had rehearsed it, saying they couldn’t really see the scar with their own eyes and that if that tiny thing bothered me, they would help with scar laser. I even got laser treatment as a ray of hope, but in the end the scar still didn’t improve and only the skin surface became rough and ended up looking even dirtier. ㅎ.. The doctors, manager, and staff all ignore me.. It’s an old hospital with lots of regular older female patients, and the veteran manager seems like the real power there (looks more powerful than the doctor). Hopeless.. When I was on the operating table, I immediately regretted it.. I wanted to run out right then. Still, because the surgery result at least preserved the line that was originally made on my eye, the line itself was okay.. Honestly, during the surgery I could feel that something was going wrong from the doctor’s frantic hand movements.. and in the end the scar was left there.. so now I’m looking into another revision.. Don’t go there~
