I’m not sure about the manager or the other staff, but the director is cheerful and kind. Also, it’s really, really hard to get an appointment. I’m worried that even if I get surgery, booking will be this hard too. My expectations for surgery are high. The director explained everything with ultrasound and told me clearly how much would come out and how much wouldn’t.
