I consulted with Director Hwang, and the consultation was very professional. He only recommended what was really necessary and didn't suggest anything unnecessary, which I liked. But the desk staff kept making mistakes with my appointment time or even the date every time I booked, not just once but several times, so it felt like there was no system. Still, I was satisfied with the price and the director's overall consultation.
