I went after reading some posts saying they were unfriendly, but I didn't really feel that. They were fine, just not overly friendly. It's a consultation review, but I don't understand why they ask you to evaluate your expectations for the surgery. You only know after you get it done. The price is also cheaper than other places. I visited several clinics and decided to do it here.
