The consultation with the director was very good. I liked how they only talked about the things each person specifically needed, but the consultation manager was the worst of any hospital I'd been to. It was frustrating because they were clearly saying things different from what the director had explained and inflating the price. It seemed like they were cleverly twisting what I had heard about the surgery to pad the cost, so make sure you listen carefully to what the director says. I'd want to have surgery here if I only looked at the director, but I passed because of the consultation manager.
