It was my first Brazilian laser hair removal, so I didn't know a lot and asked a lot of questions, but they answered kindly, and the nurses who handled reservations and prepared the procedure were kind too. Every time I came to the hospital, right before the procedure they greeted me warmly and asked first, how was it this time, was it okay last time, was there anything uncomfortable, and during the procedure they kept checking my condition, saying things like how is it now, is this level okay? I got a small laser burn on the second or third session of the laser treatment (my skin is naturally pretty delicate), and they said they'd be more careful from then on and lower the intensity, then prescribed ointment! I had a total of 5 sessions and felt good coming in the whole time. The price was high, but I was really satisfied with the service and the procedure!
