I've been to a lot of consultations for eye surgery, and this was the worst. The hospital also felt kind of vague and off. The woman at the front desk who was giving me the explanation felt a bit formal and cold... The doctor was kind, but it wasn't a consultation that inspired trust. I was annoyed that they kept pushing for a model..........
