I had ptosis and monolids, got double eyelid surgery in the city, and just lived with it, but the ptosis never improved, so I went around to consult at several other hospitals. This one stood out in my memory. After eye surgery, they showed me directly in the mirror how the shape would turn out while drawing the line on my eye and explaining it. They looked at the overall shape, including my eyes, gaze, and so on, told me surgery would be possible to about this extent, and said that if too much is done forcefully, the shape could end up looking odd instead
