Overall, they were friendly and had a clean feel. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I had consultations with the director > the manager. There was not much pressure about the deposit or surgery schedule. Because I have weak eye-opening strength, the director recommended ptosis correction, kept adjusting the line, and asked if there was anything else I wanted to know. The atmosphere was comfortable, but the consultation time was on the short side. I didn't prepare many questions, so I couldn't get as detailed a consultation as I expected, which was disappointing. I think they would explain more if I asked. More than anything else, the after-sales service is for life and the aftercare is good, so this is a hospital I am considering.
