I didn't talk much with the manager and it felt like I got a quick consultation with the director. First of all, they immediately identified my eye condition, told me how to match the symmetry, including how many stitches? and also caught what kind of eye would suit me, so just from the consultation with the director alone, I felt drawn in the most. It seemed like they set the line several times. They also seemed to answer questions kindly. They also told me what would happen to the skin above the eyes after surgery... However, the manager asking how many consultations this was and asking about other hospitals felt a bit burdensome, and compared with other places I kept getting the feeling that they weren't particularly friendly, so it left me feeling vaguely reluctant.
