My rhinitis was gradually getting worse because of my deviated nose, so I prioritized functional improvement and looked for a clinic where an otolaryngology specialist operated. I learned that my nose had become deviated because it had been broken, and they were kind during the consultation. After surgery, it kept looking crooked because of the swelling, and they said they would perform revision surgery once the swelling went down, but by then it was not bad enough for revision, so I am just living with it. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I did not have silicone inserted. They straightened the deviation, and since my nasal tip had collapsed, they only raised the tip. It is not an extremely beautiful nose, but it looks natural enough for what was done! However, the tip is still very hard (I had it done with ear cartilage).
