After consulting at other clinics, I could clearly compare the professionalism of this doctor's consultation. As soon as the doctor saw me, they accurately explained everything I had been planning to mention, which surprised me. I came in also considering surgery for a deviated septum, and since the doctor is an otolaryngology specialist with extensive experience, I trusted them in that respect. However, perhaps because of that experience, the doctor did not feel especially kind, and throughout the consultation I felt as though I had lost control of the conversation. The coordinator was neither kind nor unkind, but did not seem to know the details particularly well and simply explained things according to a manual. I am worried because I saw posts saying the postoperative care and response are poor, but the review photos looked similar to my ideal, and the director seemed skilled, so among the clinics I consulted, this was the one I trusted most.
