The director spent more than 30 minutes giving me a thorough consultation. I had wanted to have it done here from before the consultation, so I visited several other places and then decided on this one and had the surgery. Everything was good, but the coordinator did not seem knowledgeable. Instead of answering my questions, she kept reciting what she had memorized, going back and forth and seeming confused. But she is not the one performing the surgery, so it does not really matter. It has been a month since surgery, and one side is still swollen in a hard, band-like shape, making it look as if there is an uneven step. It is difficult to get an appointment, so I have not been able to go in for a follow-up yet and am waiting to see how it goes.
