I was concerned about under-eye fat, so I had a consultation. They definitely seemed strongly opposed to fat grafting. I had not planned to get fat grafting in the first place, so I liked that part, but even after I said I had no intention of doing it, they kept trying to explain why I should not. I think that is something to keep in mind. They said they would use both internal and external fixation for the surgery, but after looking it up, external fixation is convenient for the doctor but not for the patient...
