I had a medial canthoplasty reversal, but it is still too early to tell whether it turned out well. My overall impression seems better than before, but the front part of the double-eyelid line is slightly pinched. If you do not want the double-eyelid line touched, you may not want to have it done here. It also became slightly rounder. Almost all of the scar was removed. However, you should be aware that quite a noticeable scar may remain initially before deciding on surgery. If you want the medial canthus largely closed, another place may be better. I did not want the medial canthus closed much, but during the reversal, the fact that it was not closed made it look more awkward. It might actually be fine to close it tightly and reopen it. The decision is yours.
