The first consultation was okay, but at the follow-up consultation they were really so rude. I still do not know why I was scolded. I am not a doctor, so how am I supposed to know the surgical method in detail? They sent me a few videos, then criticized me for not understanding them, and all desire to have surgery disappeared. It seemed like they might correct hook scars or scars at the front well, but I was worried because they seemed to become rounder over time. The consultant was very kind, though. But the surgeon is the one doing the surgery, not the consultant, so what does that have to do with anything?
