It has been a month since I had surgery with Director Ko Gok-jin. After the two-week mark, there basically isn't much in the way of aftercare. At the one-month mark, I made the reservation myself and went in for a follow-up. The hyperbaric oxygen care also seems to end after just two sessions, but every time I went, the hospital was insanely hot and stuffy, so I honestly don't know what's so good about it. The director has always been kind, from the consultation through the post-op period, but he is also busy every time. The staff are just so-so. They use two floors, and the building itself is a bit old, but for me surgical experience and expertise mattered more than that. Up to two weeks, even without the splints, my nose was so blocked that I had to rinse my nose more than five times a day, and after that it would get dry and leave blood on it. But by around the one-month mark, as if nothing had happened, the nose hairs had all grown back, there was no runny nose, and the nose wasn't blocked anymore haha.
