The hospital facilities are honestly on the level of a neighborhood ENT clinic. The chair in the lobby that looked 10 years old was already shocking, then seeing the treatment machine in the director's consultation room that also looked 10 years old made me inwardly stunned. There were a lot of people in that weird lobby;;; But the consultation was far more detailed than at any other hospital, and they were very kind. It was Director Kang Juyong, and he explained the functional aspects in great detail, and kindly told me, in a calm way, the reasons for recommending that surgery, the method, side effects, and so on. But it did not feel aesthetically sophisticated, and because he prioritizes safety, it felt like he was speaking very conservatively. At first he mentioned ear cartilage, but when I told him that other hospitals had recommended autologous costal cartilage, he said he actually would prefer autologous costal cartilage too, but since it was my first surgery he didn't easily recommend it because I might be hesitant, lol. He said out loud that he really, really hates revisions. It feels like he would do his best to operate as safely as possible. Recommended if you want a natural, safe surgery and a detailed consultation. But if aesthetics come first, I would recommend it a little less. The consultation manager only told me the necessary points, and didn't feel especially rude or especially kind. There was no pressure to book for that day, and the review discount was not very big! The quoted price already included all the review discounts, and compared with other hospitals, the price set for functional nose surgery is very high.
