This was my first hospital consultation for nose surgery, and the director was very professional and enthusiastic, which I liked. I had been hesitant about silicone, but they explained the side effects and the likelihood of the risks, and recommended that an implant could make my nose look better. They also explained the ideal nose shape and sketched it directly on a photo of my nose.
