I've been getting square-jaw Botox regularly, and I think the effect keeps lasting better if you keep getting it than if you only get it once or twice. For Botox, they don't do a separate consultation and just take you in for the procedure right after waiting, so I don't really know how specialized the consultation is, and the staff are all kind. Also, it seems like they don't assign a specific director, just whoever is available comes in, but everyone does a good job.
