I visited when the name was still Stardom, not Touch U, and it was almost 10 years ago, so the facilities were clean and nice. It was for the armpits, and back then I went without knowing anything, so it hurt a lot I don't think the staff were very kind, but I think they all won't be there now since it's been so long
